Scott Searl

Scott has over two decades of experience serving in ELCA congregations. His ministry focus included stewardship and development for large and mid-size congregations. He has led successful capital and annual appeals for congregations and non-profits. He is excited to help congregations fund the mission that God is calling them to implement in the world. He currently serves as the Director of Philanthropy for ICA, a local food shelf, serving people who live in Hopkins, Minnetonka and Excelsior, MN.
