What we do…

For Clergy

Clergy involved in this cohort often experience seasons of weariness or isolation in their pastoral roles. With the guidance of an experienced coach and a network of specialists, clergy gain clarity, support, and resources tailored to their ministry context. Coaches help them rediscover joy, purpose, and the courage to lead in new, innovative ways.

For Congregations

Congregations are seeking clarity and direction as they navigate cultural shifts and resource challenges. This program helps them lean into their identity, practice vulnerability, and courageously explore new possibilities for ministry. Together, they will cultivate healthier governance, deeper community ties, and a shared vision of abundant ministry.

About the Coaches

Our coaches are experienced leaders who understand the complexities of congregational life. They walk alongside clergy and congregations, offering insights, resources, and support as they nurture thriving ministry ecosystems. Coaches also connect participants to a broader network of resources and specialists to fuel spiritual growth and innovation.
